Wedding day! Kick off your morning with a coffee & light breakfast with a visit from the No Go Coffee Truck, then spend the morning enjoying the amenities at Springwood or exploring the nearby areas. Join us in the afternoon for our official ceremony, cocktail hour & reception!
Please note: the ceremony Saturday will take place across the road from the rest of Springwood and will be on uneven grassy ground. Please expect to walk ~5 minutes and choose your footwear accordingly!

9-11AM: No Go Coffee Truck & Light Breakfast
Join us outside the general store for coffee from the No-Go coffee truck & light bites!
4-4:15PM: Arrive at Ceremony Space
Please plan to arrive to the ceremony space by 4:15 so you can be seated for our 4:30 pm ceremony!
4:30PM: Ceremony
We're so excited to say I Do surrounded by our favourite people! Please note that the ceremony will be primarily standing room and on a grassy area. We suggest avoiding stilettos, and we promise we'll keep it short!
4:50PM: Champagne Toast
A toast to love & marriage following our ceremony! Champagne as well as non alcoholic options will be available.
5PM : Cocktail Hour
Join us at the central deck for a cocktail hour with signature drinks (as well as wine & beer) and charcuterie.
We'll also have one of our photographers set up to take (optional) guest portraits during cocktail hour that we'll be sharing with you after the wedding!
6:30PM: Dinner
Head over to the event tent for a seated dinner & a few more speeches before dancing begins!
8PM : Dancing
Join us for our family dances, our first dance as a married couple, followed by many more dances with all of you! Don't forget to tell us your 'must plays' when you RSVP!
11PM : Late night snack bar
Refuel with a variety of sweet and salty snacks!
Dress Code
'Garden Party Formal'
Think formal attire with a summery twist! We'd love to see your favourite suit & tie combo or the dress you'd wear to a fancy tea party. Florals and fun colours encouraged, but in no way mandatory!
A quick note on colours: Our bridal party will be wearing various shades of blue. This doesn't mean you can't too! We encourage you to wear what you feel most comfortable in and wanted to give you a heads-up if you prefer to not match.
