5PM : Welcome BBQ Begins
Join us on site at Springwood for our welcome BBQ! Enjoy a happy hour with beer, wine, seltzers and a variety of non alcoholic options. Play some outdoor games, make your own wine charm, or sit and relax in cottage country!
5:30PM : Opening Ceremonies
A few quick words to kick of the weekend!
6PM : Dinner Begins
We'll be serving burgers (beef, chicken, or vegetarian black bean) plus a plethora of side salads!
7PM : Wedding Party Speeches
A few of our favourite humans will be sharing some short (we promise) speeches!
11PM : Quiet Hours Begin
We'll be shutting down the BBQ in compliance with the Kennebec lake quiet hours around 11. You're welcome to continue the fun back at the guest cottages!
Dress Code
'Cottage Best'
Think of it as elevated casual - like your favorite summer dress, or a linen shirt and trousers! No need for a suit or heels (unless you want to!), wear what makes you feel great for a night of bbq fun!
